Management of hamstring injuries in the office

Hamstring injuries are the most common and most recurrent injuries in high performance sport. Therefore, it is our duty to know how to take care of them optimally and to prevent recurrences or to reduce recurrence in the world of professional or non-professional sports.

This two-day training will explore many elements related to this type of injury such as the financial and sporting aspect, algorithmic progression during treatment, the concept of returning to sport as well as prevention or knowing how to load our patients' hamstrings safely and effectively.
