We have in-depth experience in helping top athletes and offer the very best standards of treatment aimed at boosting your physical performance in ways that are tailored to the sporting discipline in question and each individual sportsperson and which take account of each individual’s status and progress during their programme of treatment.

In addition to face-to-face sessions, we can provide in-depth monitoring of your training programme and training load.


Return-to-sport programmes delivered by a multi-disciplinary team

Return-to-sport involves getting back to sporting activities following an injury. The body must be rehabituated to all the demands that are inherent to training. It represents the bridge between medical/paramedical treatment and returning to sport with one’s physical capacities and sporting performance at the same level as before the injury – or even better.

Our physical trainer is an expert in their field and works very closely with our physiotherapists. With two different professionals looking after patients and sportspeople, a constant dialogue between these professionals is required for clients to receive the right treatment for them as individuals.


Health through sport, tailored to the individual

Treatment sessions for individuals or small groups to get back to physical/sporting activity, preparation for specific activities or for people requiring physical exercises or activity tailored to take account of specific needs or factors: illness, chronic pain, obesity, age, etc…

Above and beyond formal, face-to-face treatment sessions, we can create treatment programmes tailored to the individual and requiring no supervision. These can be adapted to your specific situation and timetable.
